For your pet to be able to undergo treatment with us at Elevate Osteopathy, you will need to have been seen by a practitioner at your veterinary practice.  They will need to confirm that your pet has an injury or illness that would benefit from our services. 

Once we have received the referral, we will contact you to discuss the best options for you and your animal, and arrange an appointment to undertake our initial consultation.
